Doesn’t my agent do this for me now?
We know your agent is doing their best to protect you.  We can help you keep the same protection and save money at the same time.  Unfortunately your agent can not access the entire market because of contractual obligations with insurance carriers. Your agent is either a direct writer or an independent agent and even if they say they represent the entire market they do not. Your agent is paid a commission based on how much you pay. The more you pay the more they make. We work the opposite, the more we save you the more we earn.

Isn't this my controller's job - shouldn't they be able to do what you do?
If they could we would not be successful for over fifteen years and 700 projects. The fact of the matter is that if you are not in the insurance business you become out of the loop at knowing who is hot and who is not. How many other tasks is your controller doing? How do I stay with my same agent and carrier?
Because business insurance is a negotiable product we can simply ask your current carrier if they can meet or beat the current quote and as we all know it is better to reduce a price, then find a new client. It works beautifully. Back to top

 

What if I like my agent, won't they get upset with me using your service?
They may not like making less commission, but the real question is for you. Don't you owe it to YOUR business and YOUR employees to be diligent with operating costs that can be reduced? You should not over pay for your services. We find savings in the 40% to 60% range all the time with companies that feel like they might upset their agent and amazingly enough most of those agents are willing to drop their premiums to that level and practically beg their clients to stay. Perhaps the agents are embarrassed for over charging their loyal client. Back to top

How do you establish the savings?
We work off a baseline report of what you are currently paying.  When we present you with a lessor annual cost that is used as the saved amount. If we have anything that is less than what you have for the same coverage, same rated carrier that constitutes a savings. Our fee is based solely off the actual savings you receive. One time. When is the best time to look at this?
90 days prior to your renewal. However, we have done amazing work with even two weeks prior to your renewal and mid-term, it just depends on your circumstances which we can discuss. Back to top

 

What if I already have a few agents quoting on my account?
We have still saved people money even when a client has five agents quoting on their account.  For our clients to do, what we do, it would usually take them over twenty-five hours of their time. We only take less than two hours of your time with better results. Back to top

 

I don't want cheap insurance, how do I know these are reputable carriers?
We have a one page contract assuring you that the basic coverage’s are apples to apples and that we will not recommend any carrier that has a lesser Best rating than your current carrier. You can choose anything you want, we may just not recommend it. You are always in control of your account. Back to top

 

I’ve never heard of this type of service, why is no one else doing this?
We do not receive any renewal commission. Most agents like receiving commission automatically and just renewing your account. Many agents do an excellent job with their clients, some do not. We like helping businesses and because we are so good at what we do we have plenty of repeat clients. We recommend that our clients use this service about once every three to five years as a checks and balances program for your business insurance. Once upon a time we had never heard of the Internet and now we can barely live without it. Having not heard of something before does not make it ineffective, it is just you have not heard of it before. Back to top


I don't believe you can save me 30% or more?
Then you will really like it when we save you 50%. Most of our clients felt the same way. We hear the same words at the closing of the deal - "I really didn't believe you could do this". The fact is we would not be in business for over 15 years and over 700 projects if we could not deliver. There is no down side, nothing to lose - except excess premiums. What happens if the insurance goes up the next year?
Our fifteen years of experience and over 700 projects has shown us that they do not. The reason is that the insurance carriers would lose the business if the premiums jumped back up the following year. However, if you’re insurance is not checked from time to time the premiums will creep up, that is why you should have us do a check at least every three to five years. Back to top

 

How long do I have to pay you?
We are paid our fee at the end of the deal one time, that's it. Simple, just the way we like it. You get the bulk of the savings the first year and the continued savings the rest of the years. We do recommend that you have this service performed about every three to five years. Back to top

 

We're self insured, how can you help us?
There are still costs for the catastrophic policy and third party administrators we can reduce those costs. We also have software available to reduce your cost by managing your efforts and claims effectively. Back to top

We are too large for a company like yours, aren't' we?
If you pay premiums you're not too large. You're more complex, but you also have more options available to you. We are only paid if we save you money, so what do you have to lose? Back to top

 

We are a small company; you can't help companies of our size can you?
We LOVE helping the small company since you are the MOST abused. You are the client that we save 70% on all the time - how tragic is that? We do have some limits to how small though as many insurance carriers won't even sharpen a pencil if you are paying under $3,000 for any one policy. Call us now. Do you determine if we have adequate coverage?
We many times we can make small changes that cost nothing to you but dramatically improve your coverage. We do that when we can. We also ask our agents to make a summary list of recommendations for your account, this gives you feedback from many sources.
